Description
Neilson 012A Self-Service Studio is designed for self-directed audio and video recording. It is located on Level G of Neilson Library in the Digital Media Hub and is available for use while Neilson Library is open. Features include audio recording hardware, iMac and step-by-step instructions for various audio software, as well as studio lighting, green screen, and black backdrop.
Booking Instructions

Determine the date and time you would like to use the room. Select the date then select the green box that corresponds to the desired start time.

The reservation system will default to a 30-minute reservation. To make a longer reservation, choose a different end time from the drop-down menu below the boxes. To pick a different start time, select the trash can next to the end time and choose a different green box. Reservations can be up to 2 hours long.

Select Book my Smith library space now.

Use your Smith login to continue.

Verify the reservation date and time and carefully review the space Terms & Conditions, then select I understand and want to continue booking.

Fill out the Booking Details form and select Complete my Smith library space booking.

You will receive a Booking Confirmation email from alerts@mail.libcal.com once your reservation is confirmed.
IMPORTANT: Save the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your appointment or refer to it when checking in at the Central Service Point.
