Instructions for making Special Collections Reading Room appointments
- Determine the date and time you would like to visit the Special Collections Reading Room, and select the corresponding green box.
- The booking system will then ask you to choose an end time for your visit from a drop down menu at the bottom of the page. Choose an end time and select "I understand and want to continue".
- Confirm the booking details by selecting "Continue".
- Enter your name and email address, and answer the additional booking form questions. Then select "Complete my Reading Room booking".
- You will see a screen confirming that you have submitted an appointment request.
- If you are visiting for multiple days, you will need to book a separate appointment for each day.
*The system will not allow bookings less than 24 hours in advance or when Special Collections is closed*
The reading room is open 10am-12pm and 1-4:45pm.
Beginning on 5/27, trenching work will be happening on Neilson Drive. This work will make the main entrance inaccessible for the summer until mid-July. Special Collections and the general library can be accessed via the south entrance (facing Alumnae Gym) and the Burton lawn entrance.
