Space Availability - Special Collections

Instructions for making Special Collections Reading Room appointments 

  1. Determine the date and time you would like to visit the Special Collections Reading Room, and select the corresponding green box.
  2. The booking system will then ask you to choose an end time for your visit from a drop down menu at the bottom of the page. Choose an end time and select "I understand and want to continue".
  3. Confirm the booking details by selecting "Continue".
  4. Enter your name and email address, and answer the additional booking form questions. Then select "Complete my Reading Room booking".
  5. You will see a screen confirming that you have submitted an appointment request.

*The system will not allow bookings less than 24 hours in advance or when Special Collections is closed

Please note that the Special Collections Reading Room will be closed to researchers May 17, 24, and 27; June 19; and July 4. We will open at 11am on Friday, May 3, for a departmental meeting.
