This session is intended for library administrators and others who would like to learn more about gathering usage statistics for EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS). During this one-hour session, we will focus on how usage statistics are generated, the various usage reports available, how to interpret the usage reports regarding EDS. Creating usage reports for non-EBSCO resources searched in EDS as well as usage statistics for multiple EDS profiles will also be covered. During this session, we will cover the various options available for creating usage statistic reports (such as,Database Reports, Interface Reports, COUNTER Reports, etc.). Creating scheduled reports, graphical reports and evaluating Link Activity Reports will also be reviewed.
