How can today's liaison librarian add value to the interdisciplinary research of the faculty they serve? Jeff Knapp, the Larry & Ellen Foster Librarian for Communications at Penn State, will discuss some history of the interdisciplinary research movement, and the ways librarians' expertise can improve interdisciplinary scholarship.
