11:00 keynote: Manoush Zomorodi, Host of WNYC’s Note to Self, the tech show about being human, and author of Bored and Brilliant: Rediscovering the Lost Art of Spacing Out (St. Martin’s, 2017). She has won numerous awards for her work including four from the New York Press Club. In 2014, the Alliance for Women in Media named her Outstanding Host. Prior to New York Public Radio, Manoush reported and produced around the world for BBC News and Thomson Reuters.
